VIRTUAL office
$55/month*
Have a professional business address even if you work at home. It includes mail receiving and sorting. Google map marker is not included, but 2 day visitor passes are included. A fee for mail forwarding may apply. Business name and suite number advertised on front window.
OPEN desks
$137.50/month.
24/7 access to our amazing coworking environment with gourmet coffee and company. Enjoy all membership benefits. Plus, 2 hours meeting room use per month included. This price is for annual membership. For $162.50/month you can have semi-annual membership. Business logo, business name and suite number advertised on front window.
DEDICATED desks
$275/month.
Have your own private desk. 24/7 access to our amazing coworking environment with gourmet coffee and company. Enjoy all membership* benefits. Plus, 8 hours meeting room use per month included. This price is for an annual membership. For $300/month, you can have a semi-annual membership. Business logo, business name and suite number advertised on front window.
PRIVATE offices

Need a private office with locks? We have 3 private offices in total. 24/7 access to our amazing coworking environment with gourmet coffee and company. Enjoy all membership benefits. Plus, 16 hours meeting room per month included. Business logo, business name and suite number advertised on front window.
MEETING rooms
$33-44 per hour.
We offer a small 4 person and large 12 person meeting rooms. After booking you will have access via KISI door opening app. Have all amities at your disposal, TV presentation, and kitchenette.
EVENT space
$110 per hour for weekdays. $165 per hour for weekends.
*$100 deposit is required at booking for incidentals. Returned upon inspection after event.
Weekend is premium and 3 hour minimum. We provide décor and catering suggestions. We will transform workspace into a unique party venue! We’ll make sure you’ll have a night of your dreams! Preview a contract HERE.
ART gallery
Starting at $500.
All expenses are included: set up, marketing and venue. Invite your friends to enjoy the art for the opening reception and exhibition will be displayed for the entire month.
Membership Benefits
*Our memberships are based on 6-12 month contract. If you prefer go month by month, we offer it with a small increase of 25%. For example, an open space will be $171.87/month and pay as you go. This is what’s included:
